About V3P
Vision, Purpose and Promise Possessors (V3P) is a non-profit organization that provides mentoring and educational programs to African American youth in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area, and now nationally. This organization will form partnerships with school districts, businesses, faith-based organizations, and non-profit organizations. One of V3P’s primary goals is to build healthy relationships with African American youth that will promote positive attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors while instilling a higher value of self and community.

To serve as an all-encompassing organization that services the needs of the African American population and other marginalized communities -- with an emphasis on designing and providing educational and community-building programs.
Our Vision.
To become the most trusted and reputable organization that works with and on behalf of the African American population and other marginalized communities. In earning the population's trust, we will inspire African American children to believe in their intellectual abilities to achieve great academic success; we will offer an assortment of social and family services to assist adults in underserved communities with day-to-day tasks; and lastly, we will help develop the African American population into a national community.
Creating a Community of Positive Influence
With a multitude of American media sources disproportionately depicting African Americans in a negative light, it is imperative that the psychological condition of African American youth be considered and protected. African American youth have a true need for perpetual positive influences to be produced and displayed in their communities across America, starting here in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. To accomplish this goal, African American youth must be in a caring and conducive learning environment that promotes their best efforts to increase self-knowledge and self-worth, which will ultimately lead to a higher self-image.
